The solution

Working with Future Worx has allowed us to achieve game-changing results. They have been a strategic partner in defining our adoption methodology, now widely recognized as industry-leading. They collaboratively wrote and designed most of Cisco’s public-facing adoption content, and the importantly tailored role and industry-specific content for healthcare, financial institutions, public services, schools and higher education.

Recently – the world shifted to remote work. Having such targeted adoption content meant that we were able to quickly deliver when our customers needed us most. When the COVID-19 crisis hit – we could quickly assemble support pages with links to everything our customers need to jump-start their remote working programs in these times of lockdown.

The additional adoption content we created has been viewed over a million times already, and we’ve received incredible feedback and thanks from our customers in every industry. I can’t imagine how we would have scaled so rapidly, to such an unprecedented amount of new users and customers in such a short space of time.
